Rights

We strongly encourage the taping and trading of our shows. The more people hear our music, the better. Audience taping is permitted at shows for personal, non-commercial, home use only, which may include trading. Soundboard patches may be available, at the discretion of the band, but should not be assumed. Come prepared. We can't provide you power, extension cords, blank tapes, adapters, etc.

On March 17, 2006, we received the following email granting permission:

I am writing to add my band, Matt MacKelcan, to archive.org. I give full permission for taping and trading of my live shows. Downloading of any format is also acceptable (flac, shn, mp3, streaming, etc).

Thank you for your time and assistance in adding my band to archive.org.

Matt MacKelcan
